Network Operations Lead

Smartify Media is searching for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded, adaptable problem solver, who is highly organized and possesses good communication skills. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the reliability, operational health, and performance of Smartify’s nationwide digital signage network. This includes managing Customers, CMS operations, monitoring network health, troubleshooting technical issues, validating advertising platform integrations, and continuously improving the processes that support our growing network.

Smartify is actively investing in AI-powered operational tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve network performance. As Network Operations Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape these next-generation tools while building scalable processes that support the continued growth of our network.

This role is the foundational Network Operations hire within the Supply organization and offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth as the company continues to expand. This role will be exposed to and communicate directly with the Founding Team and other Senior Executives across Supply, Operations and Media.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and analyze network trends.

· Monitor and manage the Smartify digital display network.

· Maintain high network uptime and troubleshoot offline displays, connectivity issues, CMS issues, source changes, and programmatic errors.

· Validate and maintain Supply-Side Platform (SSP) configurations, ensuring digital displays are properly integrated for advertising delivery, reporting, and operational readiness.

· Track hardware warranty claims.

· Assist clients and partners with technical troubleshooting.

· Coordinate approved field technician deployments when on-site support is required.

· Provide exceptional client service.

· Document and follow through on all issues and action items.

· Continuously improve operational processes and support the growth of the Smartify Network Operations Center.

· 2+ years of experience in one of the related fields:

o Information Technology (IT)

o Network Operations

o Digital Signage Operations

o AV Technology

· Experience with CMS platforms preferred.

· Highly organized with proficient computer skills.

· Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

· Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
