Job description

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Solution Specialist to own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing health of our HubSpot instance as the central hub of our GTM technology stack. This role is critical to supporting a rapidly evolving Revenue Operations environment - including CRM data integrity, marketing/sales/service alignment, and integrations across our customer support and billing systems. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure HubSpot is a reliable source of truth that powers reporting, automation, and cross-functional workflows., * Serve as the primary system administrator for HubSpot, managing user permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, and data hygiene across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

  • Own and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Zendesk, and Maxio, ensuring accurate, bi-directional data flow across customer support and billing/subscription systems
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, sequences, and lifecycle stage logic to support lead routing, deal progression, and customer lifecycle management
  • Monitor data quality and lead deduplication processes; proactively identify and resolve sync errors, duplicate records, and broken workflows
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, and CS leadership to design scalable processes for reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
  • Manage custom objects, properties, and associations to support complex, multi-product or multi-entity data models
  • Configure and maintain dashboards and reports for GTM leadership, ensuring metrics are accurate and consistently defined across teams
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on HubSpot best practices, staying current on new features and recommending platform enhancements
  • Document system configurations, integration logic, and standard operating procedures for internal reference and onboarding
  • Support ad hoc data requests, audits, and troubleshooting across the HubSpot ecosystem

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience, ideally within Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub
  • Demonstrated experience integrating HubSpot with Zendesk (ticketing/support data sync, custom objects, or workflow triggers)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating HubSpot with Maxio (subscription/billing data sync, revenue reporting, or usage-based workflows)
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom objects
  • Experience building and troubleshooting complex workflows, sequences, and automation logic
  • Familiarity with data deduplication and cleansing practices across CRM and supporting systems
  • Working knowledge of native and third-party integration tools (e.g., native connectors, iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or similar)
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Administration, RevOps Certification) strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical configurations into business impact
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment; healthcare, behavioral health, or EHR/EMR industry experience is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly in migration, consolidation, or dual-CRM environments
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar operating frameworks
  • Exposure to MEDDICC or other structured deal qualification methodologies
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-product go-to-market motions
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment - including post-merger or system consolidation scenarios
