Job description
Lead the technical administration and strategic optimization of Corrigo CMMS platforms for the Wells Fargo, for JLL as well as for other Facility Management Partners. Drive operational excellence through system configuration, data integrity management, and client partnership while supporting JLL’s technology-enabled facility management solutions., * Administer Corrigo CMMS platform ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity
- Configure system settings, user access, and property/asset hierarchies to meet client specifications
- Execute database maintenance protocols and system audits to maintain operational standards
- Manage work order scheduling processes and system integrations
Client Partnership & Service Delivery
- Partner with client teams as primary CMMS technical advisor and subject matter expert
- Process client data requests efficiently while maintaining accurate time tracking for reimbursable services
- Analyze change requests and provide impact assessments to support client decision-making
- Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to maximize client platform adoption
Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain comprehensive database accuracy and perform regular data validation
- Develop reporting solutions and analytics that drive performance insights
- Support account teams with complex data analysis and system troubleshooting
- Implement process improvements based on category knowledge and best practices
Continuous Improvement
- Explore innovative solutions within existing system capabilities to address evolving business needs
- Document and deploy configuration changes following change management protocols
- Participate in professional development activities including Corrigo training and knowledge sharing
- Leverage industry expertise to enhance client operational outcomes
Requirements
- Corrigo Platform certification with demonstrated hands-on experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas and data analysis functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Real estate industry and facility management operations experience
- Experience supporting multiple client accounts in a professional services environment
- Technical aptitude with ability to quickly master new software applications
- Self-directed work style with strong prioritization and autonomous work capabilities

Estimated compensation for this position:
73,000.00 - 78,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
