Salesforce Cloud Technical Architect (Consumer Goods)

This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global solutions for the Consumer Goods cloud project., * 10+ years Salesforce architecture experience, with 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (or active path to both)
• Hands-on design experience with Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store objects
• Deep knowledge of CG Cloud offline mobile architecture, sync conflict resolution, and performance tuning for field users
• Proven integration architecture across SAP S/4 or ECC, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud
• Experience defining data models, sharing models, and territory/route hierarchies at enterprise scale
• Strong background leading technical design reviews, governance, and architecture decision records
• Demonstrated client-facing experience as lead architect on at least one full CG Cloud implementation

Nice to have:

• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credential
• Working knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution Plus
• Familiarity with Einstein for CG, Data Cloud activation, and CRMA for field analytics
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Omni Studio) or prior Vlocity background.
