We’re seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Functional Lead with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies, supporting presales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice., * Strong requirements gathering, user story authoring, and workshop facilitation with field sales and trade marketing stakeholders
- Experience defining and validating territory management, account segmentation, and visit frequency models
- Proven ability to own functional design documentation, UAT planning, and defect triage
Your Skills and Experience
- 6+ years Salesforce functional delivery experience, with 2+ years specifically on Consumer Goods Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant
- Deep knowledge of CPG retail execution processes: route-to-market, perfect store, KPI scoring, planogram compliance, and merchandising

Hands-on configuration of Visit Plans, Action Plans, Task Templates, Surveys, and Assessment Tasks
- Track record on at least one end-to-end CG Cloud Retail Execution deployment
Nice to have:
- Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credential
- Background working directly with field sales reps, merchandisers, or retail KAMs
- Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and Retail Execution Plus
- Experience with CRMA dashboards for field performance and store-level KPIs
