Requirements

Our studio is growing and we are seeking an Architectural Designer with a minimum of 6 years experience to join our team! Throughout all phases of the design process, our office requires people to work both collaboratively and independently. Our ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits:

  • Self-starter

  • Confidence and willingness to push creative boundaries

  • Strong design capabilities complimented by presentation skills that convey design thinking

  • Strong capability of developing and coordinating project documentation, execution, construction plans, details etc. in Revit

  • Flexibility and eagerness to take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types

  • Excellent time management skills (efficient)

  • Positive, can-do attitude

Requirements Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program

  • 6+ years of experience working in a professional office

  • Professional architectural licensure preferred (or working toward it)

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes

  • Experience managing aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion

  • Must be highly proficient in Revit and Rhino

  • Knowledge of Vray and Enscape is preferred

  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite

Benefits & conditions

Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000.
