Systems User Management Specialist

We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level System User Management Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving support tickets, systems training and assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding, and supporting system distribution., * Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner

• Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding
• Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
• Maintain system documentation and training materials
• Deliver Systems training
• Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Greater
• Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Process optimization focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Travel Requirement: This position does not require travel.
