Job description

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, and Product Owners.
  • Improve customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Validate delivered solutions and coordinate cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital/business transformation.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum (SAFe is a strong plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally Employee Benefits.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, customer journey redesign, and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Languages

  • Dutch or French: Native/Bilingual
  • English: Professional proficiency
