Product Owner

As a Product Owner Employee Benefits (EB), you play a key role in shaping and delivering the Employee Benefits strategy. You represent the business for one or more key products and processes within the Employee Benefits domain and act as the bridge between business and IT.

You identify the needs of customers, distribution partners, and employees, translating these insights into digital solutions and process improvements that create measurable business value. You drive the digitalization and innovation of the Employee Benefits offering while ensuring strategic objectives are transformed into actionable initiatives, features, and product improvements.

By combining customer focus, business insight, and digital expertise, you contribute to an outstanding customer and partner experience while supporting the organization’s Employee Benefits ambitions., * Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for one or more Employee Benefits products and processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve and digitalize customer, partner, and employee journeys.
• Translate business requirements, customer feedback, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives into epics, features, and user stories.
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, Domain Leads, and other Product Owners.
• Work with development teams, operations, customer service, distribution partners, and portfolio managers to design and deliver solutions.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Validate delivered functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
• Contribute to digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the Employee Benefits domain.
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and expectation management throughout product delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in roles involving:
• Product Ownership

• Customer Journey Redesign
• Project Management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably within a SAFe framework.
• Strong understanding of financial services.
• Experience within the insurance industry is required.
