  • Actively recruiting, * Verantwortung für Aufgaben im Controlling und das Personalcontrolling
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Reportings und Analysen mit Hilfe neuester Tools
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie in Projekten
  • Tätigkeiten im Bestellwesen und der Rechnungsprüfung
  • Anlaufstelle für Fach- und Führungskräfte
  • Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Tätigkeitsbereichs
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützungs- und Beratungstätigkeiten für die Fachbereiche

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt; alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Zusatzqualifikation oder Berufserfahrung
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
  • Hohe Affinität für digitale Anwendungen mit ersten Erfahrungen in Digitalisierungsprojekten und in der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
