A/B Testing Mobile Application Software Responsive Web Design Data Analytics Figma

Job description

  • Design and iterate on critical user flows across responsive web and native mobile applications, with a specific focus on mobile UX experiences, mobile order-and-pay functionalities, guest checkout processes, product discovery, search, comprehensive e-commerce purchasing journeys, and subscription management dashboards.
  • Create intuitive, frictionless digital shopping experiences across product discovery, cart management, checkout, payment, and account management flows, directly contributing to improved conversion rates and heightened customer satisfaction.
  • Develop seamless, frictionless user experiences that bridge the digital app environment with the in-store pickup experience, maximizing both digital conversion and physical retail engagement.
  • Rapidly create high-fidelity visual variations for A/B testing and experimentation, specifically aimed at reducing friction in the checkout funnel, improving cart conversion, increasing order value, boosting subscription adoption, and decreasing customer churn.
  • Work strictly within an established design system to ensure absolute brand consistency across typography, layout grids, components, and all digital experiences.
  • Collaborate smoothly and effectively with product management, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional partners, ensuring the delivery of clean, well-documented design files and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure all digital interfaces consistently reflect a highly curated, premium, and minimalist brand identity, while simultaneously upholding principles of usability, accessibility, and customer-centered design.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of dedicated professional UX or Product Design experience, with a proven track record in designing consumer-facing mobile experiences, e-commerce platforms, digital transactions, premium direct-to-consumer subscriptions, or digital products within the retail or service industry.
  • Hands-on experience designing for mobile applications and e-commerce experiences, including expertise in product discovery, checkout flows, purchasing journeys, account experiences, and customer retention touchpoints.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing for and supporting A/B testing initiatives, including creating design variations, testing user experiences, analyzing results, and iterating based on customer behavior and business metrics.
  • A compelling digital portfolio showcasing an understated, modern design aesthetic, responsive web layouts, mobile app experiences, e-commerce/transactional flows, and intuitive consumer-facing experiences (e.g., shopping carts, checkout, order tracking, subscriptions, or user dashboards).
  • Highly proficient in Figma, including a strong understanding of auto-layout, components, component variants, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • An execution-focused professional who appreciates clear direction, values collaborative product optimization, and thrives on iterating based on thoughtful user research, experimentation, data insights, and clear business metrics.

Benefits & conditions

  • Hands-on experience designing for mobile order-ahead workflows, retail loyalty applications, recurring subscription models, membership experiences, or consumer retention products.
