As our new data analyst you’ll have the opportunity to:Help to develop and maintain dashboards, perform ad-hoc analysis based on Operations Department needs and provide actionable insights based on data.Collaborate directly with the Operations team, including Call Center departments, and also with other stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and identify opportunities for new or enhancing existing initiatives.Manage multiple data sources and identify process improvements in how the data is tracked and reported.Work together with our team and the Data Engineering team to ensure that a relevant data structure is maintained.This position serves as an expert in call center, sales and operations data, funnel reporting, analysis, and modeling.2+ years of work experience in data analytics, with heavy focus on operations performance measurement.Proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI tools.A good understanding of how the ecosystem of a travel industry call center, or a related field department works and the main KPIs it manages.Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.Extremely detail oriented and proactive.Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, and private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model.
