With a focus on sustainability ?, on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes. ?We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.?Proactivity andReliability, Kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. ?We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiasticData Analyst(m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.Your role in BizAwayYou manage and improve our current reporting system, supporting all internal needs for Data visualization of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make our data understandable.You learn all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales and Service/Operations perspective, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting.By having domain expertise in our industry, you engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our departments.You contribute to creating the base foundations of a comprehensive source of truth through data modeling actionsYour basic qualificationsPreviously worked in a Tech CompanyDemonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (eg: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics)Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred)Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experienceStrong communication skills requiredAbility to work alone or in a team as requiredBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferredEnglish proficiency (written and spoken level B2)We are also interested inKnowledge of programming languages such as PythonExperience with ETL toolsUnderstanding of AI/ML conceptsOur offer? Previously worked in a Tech Company Demonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (eg: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics) Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred) Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experience Strong communication skills required Ability to work alone or in a team as required Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred English proficiency (written and spoken level B2) We are also interested in Knowledge of programming languages such as Python Experience with ETL tools Understanding of AI/ML concepts
