Sr Manager, Sitecore

We are looking for a Sr Manager of Sitecore for one of our large Healthcare Non-Profit customers here in the DFW area. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and operational management of enterprise digital experience platforms, with a primary focus on Sitecore and related web technologies. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, deployment, and support of scalable digital applications while managing onshore and offshore development teams, project budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource planning. The position works closely with business stakeholders to drive digital initiatives, ensure successful project delivery, and align technology solutions with organizational goals and priorities.

• 8+ years of application development experience with leadership responsibilities (3+ years minimum required)
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong Sitecore experience (XP, XM Cloud preferred)
• Expertise in .NET, APIs, and enterprise web applications
• Experience leading development teams, vendors, and digital platform delivery Strong budgeting, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with SitecoreAI and personalization enablement
• Experience with headless/composable architectures and modern front-end frameworks
• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, headless/composable architectures, and modern web technologies Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, CDP, Coveo, etc.)
