Requirements

Ihr Profil: mehrjährige Erfahrung im User Support hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Produkte sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Client-Hardware gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift guter Teamplayer
