QuickBase Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated QuickBase Developer / Technical Project Coordinator to support a large-scale business transformation initiative within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operational leaders to design, develop, and optimize scalable QuickBase applications, dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong QuickBase development expertise combined with experience supporting complex enterprise programs within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences., “ Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable QuickBase applications supporting enterprise operations and transformation initiatives “ Build dashboards, KPIs, reports, and data visualization tools for business and executive stakeholders “ Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, IT, supply chain, operations, and project teams to gather requirements and implement solutions “ Develop and maintain integrations between QuickBase and enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, AWS, and other internal platforms “ Support process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives “ Manage application security, governance, permissions, and data integrity standards “ Coordinate multiple concurrent projects in Agile or fast-paced delivery environments “ Create technical documentation, process maps, and user training materials “ Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end-user support “ Participate in strategic planning discussions and help drive scalable operational solutions

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, “ 5+ years of experience developing and supporting QuickBase applications in enterprise environments “ Strong experience with QuickBase architecture, pipelines, dashboards, forms, reports, and inter-app connectivity “ Experience integrating QuickBase with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, ServiceNow, or similar systems “ Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions “ Strong understanding of workflow automation, process improvement, and operational reporting “ Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously “ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills “ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications: “ Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries “ Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, finance transformation, or operational excellence initiatives “ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Azure Boards, Smartsheet, or related project tools “ Exposure to API integrations and enterprise data pipelines “ MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
