TELECOMMUTE Sr. IBM API Connect-OpenShift Developer

We are seeking an experienced IBM API Connect-Red Hat OpenShift Developer to design, develop, deploy, secure, and support enterprise API and event-driven integration solutions. The resource must have prior experience will be working with project teams to define, develop and implement APIs on APIC. This individual will be responsible for managing the complete API lifecycle through IBM API Connect, developing real-time streaming integrations using Confluent Kafka, and deploying and operating containerized integration services within Red Hat OpenShift. In this capacity the resource would be configuring topics, supporting development teams and working with confluent connectors.

1. Must have 5-7+years of experience in software engineering, middleware, API development, cloud platforms, or enterprise integration inclusive of : * IBM API Connect Version 10. * Hands-on experience with Confluent Platform and Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, connectors, and Schema Registry. * Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on Red Hat OpenShift. * Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS, mutual TLS, API keys, and certificate management. * Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

2. Deploy, configure, and support IBM API Connect and integration services on Red Hat OpenShift.
3. Design, develop, and support event-driven integration solutions using Confluent Platform and Apache Kafka.
4. Experience in the Insurance Industry is highly sought
