Job description

Keylime Consultants are partnering with an international organisation that is continuing to expand its internal Workday capability as the business becomes increasingly globally integrated.This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work across new implementations, BAU support and large-scale global projects in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead international Workday projects, combining supervisory responsibilities with hands-on Workday configuration, enhancements and ongoing optimisation across multiple modules, while also contributing to integrations, reporting, security and payroll-related activities.The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and the US, as well as coordination with a Workday Partner on ongoing implementation projects.The organisation is continuing to expand its global Workday landscape, with projects including new global implementations, improvement initiatives and additional HRIS integrations.This is ahybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a base salary of up to €55,000,along with a comprehensive benefits package.Senior Workday Analyst - RequirementsExperience working with Workday, ideally in an international environmentStrong configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and either Time Tracking, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance or Recruiting.Candidates with other Workday expertise are also welcome to apply.Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, Security and experience supporting Workday integrationsUnderstanding of payroll processes is an advantageAbility to guide and suggest improvements to existing Workday processes and functionalitiesStrong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management and project coordination experienceFluency in English and Spanish is requiredAvailable to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per weekThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where change is implemented quickly, projects continue to evolve and there is strong long-term career potential within the Workday ecosystem.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Experience working with Workday, ideally in an international environment Strong configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and either Time Tracking, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance or Recruiting. Candidates with other Workday expertise are also welcome to apply.
