Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification Many years of experience in human resources, ideally as an HR IT consultant In?depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA/OM, PY, and/or PT Extensive customising experience in the mentioned modules, especially in maintaining rules and schemas Ideally, knowledge of ABAP development and support of SAP HCM interfaces Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus Open, structured, and results?oriented working style, along with strong team skills
