3 Solutions Architect - Core BankingAt Social You, we are selecting three Solutions Architects to join the Core Banking Architecture team of a leading company in the financial sector.Each position will be integrated into one of the teams global strategic projects.Multicurrency Accounts ProjectPayments ProjectBanking and Multichannel Infrastructure ProjectThese are high-impact roles , responsible for defining global solution models, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the correct alignment between business and technology across all geographies.FunctionsDesign global architectures for the assigned modules (Multicurrency Accounts, Payments or Multichannel).Identify opportunities for improvement that speed up delivery times and increase project efficiency.To drive initiatives, processes and projects with an innovative approach, maximizing the impact on KPIs, quality and time-to-market.Ensuring synergies between geographies through the identification and extension of good practices.Influence and negotiate with global architecture teams to prioritize requirements and ensure their delivery.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment.Translating strategic needs into tangible solutions for countries.Perform end-to-end monitoring of initiatives, combining strategic vision and execution capabilities.General Requirements (for all 3 positions)Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).Solid experience in technical architecture and current paradigms (event-driven, microservices, APIs, integrations…).Experience working with KPIs and tracking metrics.High capacity for influence and leadership of cross-cutting initiatives.Excellent level of communication with business and technology areas.Analytical and conceptual skills to develop concrete solutions.Creativity and ambition to propose innovative solutions.Advanced negotiation to reach consensus among multiple stakeholders.Adaptation to change and continuous learning.English B2 or higher.MBA worth considering.Specific Requirements by Position1) Solutions Architect Multicurrency AccountsIn-depth knowledge of Core Banking , especially in Accounts .Experience in designing solution models for banking account and product platforms.2) Solutions Architect PaymentsSolid knowledge of Payment Methods .Experience in payment architectures, settlements, integrations, and transactional ecosystems.3) Solutions Architect Multichannel / Banking InfrastructureKnowledge of the world of banking infrastructure : customer modules, contracts, processes, multichannel integrations.Experience in global architectures of banking services and interaction platforms.What we offerStrategic role with global impact in transformative projects.Participation in high-level architectural initiatives.International and multidisciplinary environment.Professional development in a key area of business.Location: Remote model.International environment.event?driven, microservicios, APIs REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, KPis
