n Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives on building relationships, supporting employee growth, and driving impactful programs?\n \n \nMiller Electric, an ITW company, is seeking to add an HR Generalist to our Precision Welding Solutions Division.\n \n \nIn this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience and culture across the division by leading day-to-day HR operations that matter most. You’ll manage core HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and organizational development.\n \n What you will do and impact\n \n Employee Relations & Development:\n \n \n* Coach and counsel managers and employees on topics such as performance management, employee engagement, and career development.\n \n \n* Facilitate training, including compliance, professional development, and conflict resolution.\n \n \n* Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees.\n \n \n* Assess employee engagement and develop action plans to support a positive workplace culture.\n \n Wellness Program Leadership:\n \n \n* Own and manage the division’s wellness program, coordinating initiatives and events that support physical, mental, and financial well-being.\n HR Policy, Administration & Projects\n \n \n* Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.\n \n \n* Lead or support special HR initiatives such as talent reviews, change management efforts, and engagement strategies.\n \n Talent Acquisition & Onboarding\n \n \n* Lead recruitment efforts by partnering with managers and the internal Talent Acquisition team.\n \n \n* Conduct interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure an engaging onboarding experience.\n \n \n* Maintain compliance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements.\n \n What you need to be successful in this role\n \n \n* Proven HR generalist experience with an emphasis on manufacturing support, workforce development, or similar environments.\n \n \n* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.\n, n \n* Experience supporting manufacturing .\n \n \nITW is an equal opportunity employer.
