The individual will support key workforce platform initiatives, manage timelines, integrations, stakeholder alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings both a product mindset (what should be built and why) and program rigor (how it gets delivered, by when, and by whom).

  2. Program & Timeline Management Support * Partner closely with the Workforce Technology Program Manager to maintain integrated project plans, delivery milestones, and RAID logs * Track progress across concurrent HCM workstreams and surface timeline risks, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner * Prepare and distribute status updates, steering committee materials, and executive-level reporting * Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency meetings * Coordinate across Accenture delivery partners and India-based engineering teams to ensure alignment and accountability

  3. Product Management - Oracle HCM & Workforce Platforms * Own product backlog hygiene and prioritization for assigned Oracle HCM modules in partnership with technical leads * Define and document functional requirements for platform enhancements, configuration changes, and new capability rollouts while working closely with HCM BA. * Maintain product roadmap artifacts for the Workforce Platforms domain; ensure alignment with IHG enterprise architecture direction

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a product management, program management, or business analyst role within an enterprise technology environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, or Workforce Management modules)
  • Familiarity with HCM integration patterns, middleware platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC), and data mapping concepts
  • Experience serving as a liaison between HR business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations to workforce management systems (UKG Pro WFM preferred)
