You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and hardware teams to create tools that accelerate innovation in advanced hardware development. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of ownership, technical excellence, and curiosity-balancing fast execution with thoughtful engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres

• Architect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Build and refine user interfaces that make complex hardware manufacturing workflows simple and intuitive

• Contribute to excellence in operations including maintaining and improving our CI pipeline and independently supporting an on-call shift

• Implement and maintain a strong automated testing culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Boltline platform

• Partner with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into scalable, elegant software solutions

• Contribute to operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call reliability

• Mentor and guide mid- through internship-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design collaboration, SQL (Programming Language) Interpersonal Communications Employee Assistance Programs Software Development Life Cycle Customer Relationship Management Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) +0

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and experience with modern testing frameworks

• Proven ability to own features from concept through deployment and iteration

• Prior on-call/incident response participation

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on delivering impact
