Continuous Learning We invest in professional development, support certification pursuits, and expose you to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Your expertise grows with every engagement.
Autonomy & Ownership You won’t be micromanaged. We hire skilled professionals and trust you to own your technical decisions, client relationships, and professional growth., As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you’ll be the dedicated technical owner for a portfolio of clients - conducting infrastructure assessments, implementing solutions, and keeping systems reliable and secure. The role blends hands-on technical work (networking, cloud services, systems management) with client relationship building, as you become a trusted advisor whose recommendations directly shape how these organizations operate.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of IT support, network administration, or managed services experience, strong hands-on skills with networking equipment and Microsoft environments, and excellent communication abilities. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites is required. Bonus points for scripting knowledge, relevant certifications, or experience with service management platforms.
