Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related field
10+ years’ experience in software engineering
5+ years’ experience in software architecture and design
Prior experience within Banking and/or Fintech
Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering complex and scalable software solutions for online and mobile applications, preferably for both B2B and B2C customers
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in various programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and tools, such as Java, Python, C#, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, Flutter, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Strong knowledge and experience in applying modern architecture principles and patterns, such as microservices, cloud-native, serverless, event-driven, reactive, domain-driven design, API-first, and DevOps
Strong knowledge and experience in leveraging the latest technologies and tools, such as AI, machine learning, big data, IoT, blockchain, and cloud services, to enhance the software solutions and create competitive advantages
Strong knowledge and experience in establishing and enforcing the software engineering standards, guidelines, methodologies, processes, and best practices, such as agile, scrum, kanban, code review, testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment
Passion for learning new technologies, staying updated with the industry trends and best practices, and sharing knowledge with diverse technology teams
