Forvis Mazars is a leader in audit, tax and advisory services, operating worldwide across 100+ countries and territories.Join our 40,000+ strong team to grow your career through global opportunities, diverse projects and continuous learning.Belong to a supportive environment where your unique perspective is valued and success comes from working together.Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward.Position Overview:The Learning Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering cohesive learning paths across regions, service lines, or domains.Acting as a key partner to our business stake holders, instructional designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Learning Program Manager ensures that learning initiatives are effectively scoped, developed, and rolled out to meet strategic capability needs.This role combines pedagogic and/or technical expertise with project management rigor to drive impactful learning experiences.The Learning Program manager will work closely with the service lines (except audit & assurance) to optimize the technical training offering as an integrated solution that supports our employees to perform at their best and deliver outstanding quality to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Learning Needs AnalysisUnderstand business priorities, challenges and workforce capabilities in the technical domainAlign learning strategies with regulatory requirement and complianceConduct learning needs assessments in partnership with the service lines and Learning teamTranslate skill gaps to consistent and effective learning solutionsRecommend scalable learning solutions that drive measurable performance and behavioural outcomesProgram Development & OversightDevelop digital, blended, and face-to-face learning programs aligned with learning objectives and to the expected quality standardImplement and enhance learning paths for a service line or domainIntegrate didactic principles and learning technologies into program designReview and validate programs to ensure relevance and effectivenessResearch and curate off-the-shelf training materials where appropriateMonitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programsStay informed on emerging learning practices, tools, and modalitiesInteract with Learning community/related professsions and update the community on new initiatives or projectsFacilitation/moderation of training if neededSME EngagementBuild strong, consultative relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)Empower SMEs to contribute effectively to content development, review and validationEnsure SME input aligns with learning goals and instructional design standardsProject ManagementLead end-to-end operational management of learning projects in collaboration with the support teamDevelop project plans, timelines, and identify resource requirementsManage project communications and stakeholder reportingMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesQualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business or related field5-7 years of project management experience, preferable within L&D, HR, or corporate training in the financial services industryExperience of working with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts)Strong business acumen and the ability to link learning outcomes to business performanceFamiliarity with LMS/LXP platforms, virtual delivery tools, and content authoring systemsUnderstanding of didactics, learning psychology and instructional designStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsInnovative and future-oriented mindset (e.G., AI, Adaptive Learning)Understanding and keeping up with AI tools and applicationsThe responsibilities and tasks described in this job description are not exhaustive.They may be modified, added to, or adjusted from time to time to meet business needs.#J-*****-Ljbffr
