Job description

  • Build executive dashboards and self-service reporting tools for key stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and media performance
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and profitability reporting
  • Develop inventory and demand planning analytics to support DTC and retail expansion
  • Establish data governance standards and reporting best practices
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable strategic insights
  • Support retail launch initiatives through assortment analytics and sales forecasting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Strategy, or related quantitative roles
  • Strong expertise in SQL and modern BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Hands on experience with e-commerce and marketplace analytics across Amazon, Shopify, and digital marketing channels
  • Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience within beauty, CPG, e-commerce, or digitally native consumer brands
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central analytics and TikTok Shop reporting
  • Experience supporting retail analytics, POS reporting, and sell-through analysis
  • Python experience including pandas, scikit learn, or statistical modeling libraries
  • Experience building or scaling a BI or analytics team
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, LTV/CAC analysis, and demand planning
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and consumer products
