Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment., * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.

Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or MuleSoft integrations.
Knowledge of DevOps Center and modern Salesforce release management practices.
Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
