Enterprise Budget System Analyst I

As part of the Budget System team, this position provides operational support for the Axiom budgeting, forecasting, and planning system., * Assists with system maintenance, configuration activities, and routine administration to ensure reliable system performance.

• Supports the budget systems team by reviewing and triaging user requests and reported system issues, resolving routine inquiries, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support resources in accordance with established procedures.
• Supports report generation and validation efforts by reviewing data accuracy and assisting with user reporting requests.
• Performs routine testing of reports, system updates, and process changes under established guidelines.
• Assists with security administration by maintaining user access and role assignments.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of system documentation, process definitions, and operational procedures.
• Monitors scheduled imports and exports to ensure data is processed successfully and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Provides end-user assistance and participates in training activities.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• A bachelor’s degree and one year of related systems, financial systems, business analysis, budgeting, planning, reporting, or information technology experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
