Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!Job Openings Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!About the job Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!We are currently recruiting for an exciting Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide 1st level IT support to the client employees via phone, mail and chat or via self-service portalProvide support to clients employees in the operation of user systems and peripheral devicesPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access and monitor IT requests and issues in the clients ITSM system including their categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requestsBe accessible and provide a first resolution rate by using internal knowledge databasesCooperate with clients 2nd level service organizations and external service providers.REQUIREMENTS:C2 or fluency in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environmentHave good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams and in troubleshooting hardware and softwareHave an analytical approach to complex issuesHave experience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow)Knowledge of processes according to ITIL V4 good to haveHave high customer and service orientation and high sense of responsibilityHave a reliable and systematic way of workingAre willing to learn and develop technical and soft skillsHave high motivation and willingness to work in a global team.OFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceFull paid training on the company and the projectCareer development programs, specialized courses, and language classesDynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach career potentialWork schedule: Monday to Sunday from 09 AM - 06 PM (39 hours a week)#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
