Job title:System ManagerJob Details Hours:Full TimeLocation:Fully remote.This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain or PolandContract:PermanentAt Play’n GO we enjoy a flexible freedom to shape our own days.Everyone we hire is unique and every role we fill has certain performance expectations.The day?to?day challenges of work and life will be unique to you but our commitment to helping you find a balance will never vary.From the GOAt Play’n GO our purpose is to entertain.Our pleasure is in working with people ready to make a difference that lasts.We are pioneers.We were the first entertainment supplier to recognise the potential of gaming on the GO and create the innovative mobile games which supercharged our industry and inspired our name.Today, Play’n GO is the leading gaming entertainment supplier to casinos in regulated markets the world over.And we are still growing.With growth comes opportunity.This could be yours.Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence?What The Role EntailsThe System Manager is responsible for the ownership, stability, and continuous improvement of finance and business controlling systems across the group.The role ensures that financial processes are correctly reflected in systems, data quality is maintained, integrations work reliably, and finance teams are supported with robust, scalable system solutions.System ownership & governanceAct as business owner for all finance?related systems (Microsoft Business Central, ReadSoft, ExFlow, Planful, Rydoo, Finance NOD in AWS).Ensure systems are configured in line with accounting, controlling, and internal control requirements.Maintain system documentation, configurations, and change logs.Process & data managementTranslate finance and controlling processes into system logic (invoicing, approvals, cost allocation, reporting structures).Own master data governance (customers, vendors, chart of accounts, cost centers, dimensions).Ensure data consistency across entities, countries, and systems.Change ManagementOwn and govern finance system changes end-to-end, including impact assessment, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, testing coordination, and controlled deployment.Ensure all changes are documented, approved, tested, and communicated to affected finance teams to minimise operational risk and disruption.Reporting supportSupport month?end and year?end close from a system perspective.Ensure data availability, correct mappings, and smooth data flows into reporting and consolidation tools.Troubleshoot system?related close issues and implement preventive solutions.User access managementManage user roles, access rights, and segregation of duties in line with internal controls.Coordinate onboarding and off?boarding from a system access perspective.Support audits by providing system?related documentation and evidence.Integrations & automationOwn and monitor system integrations and interfaces (BC vs Planful vs AWS, BC vs CRM, Settlement vs BC vs AWS).Coordinate automation initiatives to reduce manual work and operational risk.Test and validate changes, upgrades, and new releases.Issue management & supportAct as first?line business support for finance system issues.Analyse root causes, define workarounds, and coordinate fixes with IT and external vendors.Maintain a structured ticket and issue log.Development & project coordinationGather business requirements and translate them into system change requests.Coordinate system developments with implementation partners and internal IT.Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.Training & knowledge sharingAct as “super user” for finance systems.Train accounting and controlling teams on system usage and process changes.Maintain user guides and process documentation.For you, this is more than a System Manager role in game development.This is an opportunity to see your talent, experience, and best ideas developed with the quality expected of an international leader in gaming entertainment.What We Ask Of YouStrong understanding of accounting and business controlling processesHands?on experience with finance systems (Microsoft Business Central, Planful, Aaro, ExFlow ReadSoft, CRM, Rydoo, AWS -
