Information Security Junior Manager (M/F/D) * Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain, ESExperteer Overview In this role you will support the Digital Resilience as a Service division by aligning security objectives with group governance and producing high-impact reports for Boards and Regulators.You will coordinate cross-entity information security governance, drive timely responses from CISOs, and push for improvements in KRIs and target objectives.This position sits at the intersection of risk, regulatory reporting, and executive communications, influencing the Group’s resilience posture.You will work with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and governance across Allianz entities, leveraging AI-enabled processes where relevant.Compensaciones / BeneficiosPrepare global Information Security KRI reporting for the Allianz SE Board and Supervisory BoardCoordinate and track responses with Operating Entities CISOs and ensure timely documentation deliveryChallenge data accuracy and completeness from Operating EntitiesSupport development of KRI concepts and improvementsCoordinate definition and communication of Information Security Target Objectives across the GroupTrack Information Security Target achievements on a semi-annual basisSupport regulatory and external auditor reportingManage the IS Group mailbox and ensure inquiries are routed promptlyAssist with key projects and stakeholder presentations for senior leaders including the Board and RegulatorsResponsabilidadesGenuine interest in Information Security topics and willingness to learnExperience in defining/reporting Key Risk Indicators (KRI/KPI) in Information/Cyber Security is a plusHigh attention to detail and ability to produce well-structured Excel reports and PowerPoint presentationsStrong analytical skills and persistence in data follow-upAbility to communicate complex topics concisely to senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with GRC tools (e.G., Archer) is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking capabilityProject Management experience is a plus, especially in Information/Cyber SecurityInterest in continuous improvement and AI-driven process enhancementExperience with SharePoint pages, workflows, and automation is a plusFluency in EnglishAffinitiy for IT and Generative AI (GenAI) is valuedRequisitos principaleshybrid work modelup to 25 days abroadbonus schemepensionemployee shares programlifelong learning#J-*****-Ljbffr
