Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertThe HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS).We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.Advise to Run !HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutionsADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalizationIMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcingYOUR MISSIONSAs a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join the HR Path Group’s HRIS Integration activity, specialized in the implementation of HRIS projects.HR Path - Implement is our HRIS implementation support activity and is composed of our community with technical and functional expertise on all major HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise): SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Cegid, HR Access, Peoplesoft, Sage and Silaé.We work on high value-added missions for major international accounts in all sectors of activity.The missions are very varied and linked to all the strategic issues of the HRIS domain, whatever the functional domains (Payroll, ATM, Talent…) and technical domains (Business Intelligence, Portal, Dematerialization…).Reporting to our SAP Practice, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), according to your area of HR expertise and desire for development, for our customers and on the following missionsProject management of HRIS implementation:- Participate in project monitoring workshops in close collaboration with other members of the project team (configuration workshops, acceptance workshops, start-up assistance, training of administrators and users) and in project steering committees- Participate in the translation of the client’s needs into deliverables, in the writing of documentation and in presentations (design, application documentation, test scripts, training materials)- Parameterize the HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent), according to the pre-established business functional specifications (analysis of the feasibility of the client’s request, analysis of the processes and affiliated data)- Conduct acceptance and non-regression test campaigns throughout the project to assess the impact of configurations on the overall system processesSupport of the solution:- Participate in the Third-Party Application Maintenance, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution with end users, and the reliability of the HRIS system data to ensure continuous quality- Carry out technical and functional monitoring (contacts with the editor and monitoring of legal changes in the business environment), advise and train users on the final solution- Respond to corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance tickets for the solution (bug fixes, user support, development of evolutions, delivery of patches and new versions), test and control the solutions provided to customers- Proactively identify potential sources of improvement to the solution (writing a clear solution to the customer, communicating resolutions to the project team)Other tasks:- Depending on seniority, coordination between the client and the project team (be the single point of contact for the client, be the link with the teams)- Supervision of a project team in the client’s office (coordination of the project team’s work, workload, and budget)YOUR PROFILEYou have a significant experience of more than 2years in the management of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projectsYou have developed a technical and functional expertise on one or more modules of the solution: Core HR & Payroll suite (EC, ECP, Time etc.), Talent Management suite (RM, RMK, PMGM, LMS etc.)You are fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) which will allow you to work on international projects with our clients; Requirements

You have a significant experience of more than 2years in the management of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects You have developed a technical and functional expertise on one or more modules of the solution: Core HR & Payroll suite (EC, ECP, Time etc.), Talent Management suite (RM, RMK, PMGM, LMS etc.) You are fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) which will allow you to work on international projects with our clients; French is an asset. You enjoy leading, convincing, training and transmitting, and are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your intellectual curiosity
