Lead Operations Technical Support Engineer

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, with extensive experience in wind turbine operation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Proven experience with wind turbine main controllers, including hardware, software, and HMI operation. Extensive experience in offshore wind farm operations, with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to complex operational environments. Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems: electrical, mechanical, control systems, and network/communication systems. Travel to multiple sites across the UK, US, and Spain (approximately 30% of the time). Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). What Will Make You Stand Out Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and TwinCAT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational demands. Fluency in Spanish
