Job description

  • Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
  • Three individually designed assignments at various Siemens locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad. If the assignments (country and projects) are already set, we recommend communicating transparently

Requirements

  • Master’s, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc.
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
  • Flexibility and mobility within the program duration.
  • Automation & Robotics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence or similar disciplines
  • Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
  • Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit - eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
  • Showing solid business acumen - thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
  • Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Being fluent in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B1)
  • Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe

Benefits & conditions

The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 59.506,70, in accordance with the collective agreement.
