Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the implementation of customer projects in the field of digital research and data platforms and accompany them from implementation through to productive use.
• You contribute to the development and further enhancement of standardized delivery, service, and operating models and help establish efficient project methods, roles, and responsibilities.
• You coordinate and support project activities in collaboration with customers and internal departments and contribute to achieving project objectives regarding quality, timeline, and budget.
• You support the further development of operations, support, and escalation processes and help ensure a professional and scalable customer operation.
• You contribute to the collection, analysis, and transparency of project and usage metrics and help make the value of the research platform visible.
• You collaborate with areas such as Product Development, Data & AI, as well as other stakeholders and customers, to gather requirements and support the continuous improvement of the platform.
• You support the standardization of implementation and operational processes and make an important contribution to the scaling and sustainable further development of the platform.

• You have completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, or possess a comparable qualification.
• You bring initial professional experience in Healthcare IT, Consulting, Operations, Customer Delivery, or the implementation of digital solutions.
• You are familiar with standardized service, delivery, or operating models and have gained basic experience in coordinating customer or implementation projects.
• You are familiar with data platforms as well as analytics- and AI-based solutions and are interested in their successful introduction in customer environments.
• You understand the relationships between technical, clinical, and business requirements and support their translation into practical solutions.
• You bring initial experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary as well as international stakeholders.
• You possess good knowledge of working with digital applications, project methodologies, and structured ways of working, such as DevOps, Cloud Management and Azure., * You distinguish yourself through a structured, quality-oriented, and pragmatic way of working and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel.
• You possess strong communication skills that enable you to communicate appropriately with different stakeholders.
• You communicate very confidently in German and English. Additional language skills are an advantage to operate effectively in an international environment.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholder groups and impress through a cooperative and solution-oriented approach.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a good understanding of the requirements of project coordination, service management, and customer support.
• You think in a process- and quality-oriented manner and recognize opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
