Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an AI, Data & Automation IT Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in the Antwerp area.
Our client is a fast-growing company active in the automotive sector.
As AI, Data & Automation IT Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

acting as the primary IT partner for business leadership and translating strategic objectives into actionable technology priorities;
-
leading the transformation of the BI and analytics landscape into a modern Data, AI & Automation capability focused on scalability, governance, and business value;
-
owning and developing the enterprise data and AI platform landscape, ensuring secure, reliable, and future-ready solutions aligned with architectural standards;
-
driving governance, risk, and compliance across data and AI domains, including security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI principles;
-
leading multidisciplinary teams and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of Data, AI, and Automation solutions while fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous capability building.
The required profile for the AI, Data & Automation IT Manager (m/f/x) position
Requirements
-
you hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree in Data, AI, Analytics, Engineering, or Business is considered an asset;

you have extensive experience across Data, Analytics, Automation, and/or AI domains, combined with a proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives;
-
you are able to collaborate effectively with business leaders, architects, platform teams, and governance bodies, and you combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution;
-
you have strong knowledge of data analytics, database management, governance, and emerging technologies; experience with Oracle 19c+, OCI, AWS, OBI, Databricks, Power BI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and MuleSoft is a plus;
- you are a collaborative and inspiring leader with a strong people focus, a passion for Data, AI & Automation, and the ability to balance innovation with governance, compliance, and operational excellence., * you hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree in Data, AI, Analytics, Engineering, or Business is considered an asset;
