ServiceNow Developer

• Design, develop, and implement workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IRM and TPRM modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
• Support implementations using source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate workflows and improve platform functionality.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, clean architecture principles, and best development practices.
• Manage technical debt and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile development activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions., * Design and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Develop custom scripts and automate business processes within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies and development best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize source control and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
• Maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly IRM and TPRM modules.
• Strong scripting skills for workflow development and platform customization.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and clean architecture.
• Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) is an advantage.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments is desirable.
