Functie

• Lead Finance-focused Dynamics 365 F&O design and configuration activities.
• Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through solution decisions.
• Translate business requirements into standard Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Drive process standardisation and minimise unnecessary customisations.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Explain solution and configuration choices in terms of business impact.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Proven experience connecting Finance and Procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical decisions in clear business language.
• Consultative, collaborative approach with a focus on change adoption.
