Operations Data Analyst I

The Operations Data Analyst I supports the analytics team by assisting with data collection, reporting and basic analysis across operations. This role will work closely with senior Team Members to develop dashboards, monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Gathers operational data from various departments and assist in routine reports and summaries.

• Supports the upkeep of Tableau dashboards and other BI tools by updating data sources, refreshing visuals and ensuring accuracy of displayed metrics.

• Conducts simple analyses to identify trends and track key performance indicators.

• Collaborates with Team Members across departments to understand data needs and assist in compiling relevant information for decision-making.

• Helps validate data accuracy, document data sources, and maintain organized records for recurring reports and projects.

• Participates in training sessions, shadows senior analysts and seeks opportunities to grow technical and business knowledge.

• Assists with ad hoc tasks, special projects and administrative support as needed by the analytics team.

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Must be 21 years or older.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, hospitality, statistics, data science, computer science or related field preferred.

• 1 year of experience conducting detailed statistical or data analysis preferred.

• Familiarity with financial statements required.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with purchasing/inventory system preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Proficiency and experience in Tableau, or similar tools, preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio / Query tools preferred.

• Proficiency with statistical Python packages and development preferred.

• Database administration experience preferred.

• Prior experience in the Gaming industry preferred., Gaming License Required? Yes, process facilitated by the Company
