Facilities & IT Support Officer

Harris Hill is delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities & IT Support Officer (1 year FTC), on behalf of a well-established charity. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the organisation’s office, ensuring colleagues have a safe, efficient and well-maintained working environment while providing first-line IT support., * Manage day-to-day office facilities and liaise with suppliers and contractors.

• Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external IT providers.
• Support health & safety, office compliance and workplace wellbeing.
• Set up IT equipment and accounts for new starters and leavers.
• Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and workplace resources.

• Experience in facilities, office management or IT support.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft 365 and general IT knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
