Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer service problem-solving?, Seeking IT technicians to provide onsite and remote support of computers, peripherals, network and servers. Dynamic work environment in medical, small business and government.

Prefer experience in Installation and Troubleshooting of Windows OS, Computer Hardware, Network Cabling, Network Switches and Routers, Wireless and Windows Servers.

Job Skills and Requirements:

Problem solving skills - Identify, Research and Resolve Technical Issues

Customer Service Skills - Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide feedback and progress status to customer.

Ability to stay organized and maintain task schedule.

Must provide own transportation.
