Job description

DATA ASSURANCE LEAD Sales Support Services is a core operations team helping LinkedIn field sales to hit huge growth targets across all business lines. Our Data Assurance team is a best in class function, that pro-actively solves sales problems, by combining expertise from operations, process improvement, and sales systems. We are looking for a Data Assurance Team Lead to join our Sales Support Services organization. We are responsible for providing reliable, accurate, and intelligent data that empowers all LinkedIn business units. Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of both onshore and offshore analysts in day to day operations, including training, updating the team when process changes have come in, and ensuring that the daily quotas are being hit
  • Manage day to day escalations in a timely and efficient manger
  • Routinely audit the team’s performance to ensure they are meeting their SLAs and providing quality support
  • Collaborate with global Data Assurance leaders to maintain timely and excellent support to our sales organization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive these changes though both system and process change
  • Work directly with other regional and global cross functional leader on special projects
  • Be an advocate for Data Assurance and help to build and improve the brand of the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience managing an operational team
  • 2+ years working with Sales and other cross functional teams Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical problem solver who is confident in their abilities, willing to take intelligent risks, and motivated to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, high performance environment and effectively communicate progresses
  • Results-oriented individual who can make a difference; willing to take the initiative and make things happen, accepts accountability, and has a “can do” attitude
  • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to juggle multiple responsibilities/tasks across cross functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing an offshore team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Salesforce, other CRM systems, and Master Data Management solutions a plus
