The Business IntelligenceSpecialist2is a developmentteam memberfor the Business Intelligence team andis responsible forthe independent development of quality, on-time solutions. The role requires a passion for data and technology, an understanding of business processes and goals, and the ability to combine these specialties into actionable business intelligence solutions for a rapidly growing organization.

This job will have access to confidential and sensitiveinformation, andtherefore requires ongoing discretion and strict compliancetoall information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and analytical solutions to meet business needs
• Collaborate with the BI team and keep the projects on time and tracked accurately in TFS
• Acquirean in-depth understanding of the organization’s source systems
• Acquirean in-depth understanding ofall ofthe business intelligence toolset
• Acquirean in-depth understanding of the Select business units, theirprocesses,and goals
• Coordinate testing to ensure all BI solutionsmeetthe highest quality standards
• Provide insights,recommendations,and strategies to continuously improve processes and workflow
• Complete special projects and other functions, asrequired

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
• 1+ years of experience with enterprise data (SQL and/or data warehouse environment)
• 1+ years of experience working in a collaboration platform such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar (Jira, Trello,etc)
• Requires superior teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills area must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills are essential.
• Mustpossessa personal sense of urgency.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills arerequired.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Large-scale multi-site IS operations experience.
• PC Hardware and peripheral experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft productivity applications.
• Knowledge of browser-based technology.
