Associate Director - It Project Manager, Physical Protective Security

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Protective Security IT projects across regions, aligning security needs with IT delivery.You will bridge Protective Security, IT, Procurement, and vendors to ensure compliant, on-time program outcomes.You’ll oversee global rollouts of security platforms like access control and CCTV, balancing security with operational needs and cost.The position combines deep domain expertise in physical security with senior project management to drive risk-aware, scalable solutions.This is a strategic delivery role with a meaningful impact on security operations and regulatory compliance across the company.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Own full lifecycle delivery of Protective Security projects from intake to handover* Manage complex delivery landscapes with security vendors, integrators, SaaS providers, and local partners* Lead global and regional rollouts of security platforms (access control, CCTV, mobile credentials)* Translate security needs into IT delivery while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements* Oversee implementation of security systems (badge/mobile/biometric access, video surveillance, identity integrations)* Establish and enforce project governance aligned with DDIT standards; manage risks and change control* Act as primary interface between Protective Security leadership, Business, and IT delivery teams; prepare executive updates* Manage security vendors against contracts, drive performance, and partner with Procurement on SOWs and cost control* Contribute to Protective Security IT roadmap and standardize delivery approaches across sites and regions* Capture lessons learned to improve delivery frameworksResponsabilidades* 10+ years of IT project/program management experience in enterprise or regulated environments* Proven experience delivering Protective Security or security-related IT programs in global deployments* Deep understanding of physical security systems and operations with risk and compliance awareness* Exposure to physical security systems (access control, surveillance, alarm) and enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, IWMS)* Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) with planning and critical-path skills* Senior?level leadership in complex, matrix organizations with decision-making under ambiguity* Experience managing global, multi-country delivery contexts and large interdependent plans* Proven track record in external vendor and contract management* Excellent executive communication, fluent in English* Desirable: degree in IT/Engineering/Security and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP)* Experience in pharma or regulated environments and knowledge of GRC and IAMRequisitos principales*
