  • Erfassung und Priorisierung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem

Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen Betreuung von Hardware, Software und Netzwerkinfrastruktur Remote-Diagnose und -Lösung von IT-Problemen IT-Support für Mitarbeiter bei technischen Problemen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen (Windows, macOS) und Netzwerken Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support-Tools Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
