Job description

  • Durchführung von Technikereinsätzen

Technische Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Rollouts Erstellung und Pflege von aktuellen Dokumentationen Aufnahme und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen per Telefon, persönlich und über OTRS/Topdesk

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Erfahrungen in diesem oder einem ähnlichen Bereich sowie Kenntnisse in Topdesk und OTRS sind von Vorteil Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Digital Signage sind wünschenswert
