Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer in Aurora’s Corporate Engineering team, you own end-to-end platform portfolios and drive internal SaaS ecosystems. You design architecture, set roadmaps, and reduce toil through automation and self-service. You will integrate tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and incident platforms, while evolving the stack with AI-enabled workflows. Your impact is measured by eliminating categories of requests and improving enterprise workflows, not just completing tickets. This role combines ownership, collaboration, and strategic influence to advance Aurora’s safety-driven mission. Compensation / Benefits * Own platforms at the architectural level and define use cases, data flows, and lifecycles within Aurora’s ecosystem. * Set technical strategy and roadmap for the platform domain. * Automate recurring requests and toil, using APIs, workflows, self-service tooling, or AI agents. * Design and automate identity and lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding/role changes) across enterprise systems using IAM tooling and integration platforms. * Lead platform lifecycle end-to-end, pilot new tools, govern configurations, and drive cost-aware licensing and rollout decisions. * Put AI to work for enterprise workflows, drive adoption of enterprise AI tooling, and partner with Security to ensure safe implementation. * Serve as escalation point for the hardest problems and aim to prevent repeat escalations. Tasks * 6+ years in software, systems, or platform engineering with automation/integration work for enterprise/SaaS ecosystems * Strong fundamentals in at least one language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and production-grade automation * Track record of eliminating manual work at scale * Deep experience integrating SaaS via APIs/webhooks and with identity/lifecycle automation (SSO, SCIM, Okta or similar) * Ability to take architectural ownership of unfamiliar platforms and quickly model purpose, use cases, data flows, and integrations * Systems thinking across an application ecosystem and ability to collaborate with IT, Software, Operations/Services, and Security * Desirable: hands-on depth with Google Workspace, Slack, incident platforms (FireHydrant, OpsGenie, PagerDuty), Atlassian tools, or Workato; IaC (Terraform); CI/CD; AWS/GCP; SaaS license management and cost governance * 教育背景或其他信息无法明确提供,请以 unknown 表示. Key requirements * annual bonus * equity compensation * benefits * hybrid work environment * in-office 3 days per week * competitive compensation
