Experteer Overview As Website Merchandising Coordinator, you will support Pottery Barn’s online customer experience and business performance through thoughtful merchandising, content execution, and digital optimization. You’ll partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Site Operations to launch product initiatives and category strategies that drive conversions. You will work to increase engagement, sales, and brand loyalty in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and hands-on site optimization at an iconic home furnishings brand. Compensation / Benefits * Execute website merchandising and product discoverability strategies and optimizations * Address site feedback and enhance overall customer experience across site and channels * Ensure site data integrity and correct product set-up in collaboration with merchandising * Coordinate with site managers, project management and e-technology teams for deployments and issue reporting * Manage database uploads to UAT testing environments * Participate in daily site testing to ensure data integrity * Coordinate archiving of seasonal features, functionality, and products * Handle other projects as assigned Tasks * 0-2 years experience in ecommerce, catalog, or digital marketing * Intermediate Excel skills; interest in connecting systems to the Web; Access database and/or Adobe Analytics a plus * Strong affinity for product/concept * Ability to execute in a timely manner and provide creative solutions * Highly organized and detail oriented * Comfort with ambiguity and changing environments * Proactive, energetic, and adaptable * Strong verbal and written communication for reporting and stakeholder collaboration * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Key requirements * employee discount on all brands * 401(k) plan * paid vacations and holidays * health, dental, and vision insurance * tax-free commuter benefits * wellness program and learning opportunities
