Job description

Testing activities include writing test plans, executing tests, regression testing, performance testing, integration testing
Provide ongoing production support for the system, including troubleshooting technology issues
Review of requirements and existing test cases
Preparation of test plans
Execution of tests (system integration tests, regression tests, performance tests)
Defects reporting
Write test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios
Performs testing of software to ensure it is free of defects and meets customer business needs
Verify that all testing documentation is complete and (plans, scripts/cases, pass/fail results) has been stored in the designated location
Performing and updating test cases
Preparing the test environment
Support for user acceptance tests

Requirements

BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other computer-related field and zero (0) years’ experience; Additional six (6) years’ relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle)., * Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred. US Citizenship required., * Knowledge of batch and PowerShell, knowledge of databases (SQL / Oracle), VBA
Excellent communication skills with good work attitude
Ability to effectively use test case management and defect tracking tools
2-3 years of experience on IT projects preferred
